The British Tang Soo Do Federation practices Tang Soo Do as it was practiced in the final days of its evolution by the Founder. The latter evolutionary developments include the use of 'internal benefits' as a primary characteristic in the practice of 'forms' to augment the traditional forms that are primarily characterised by their 'fighting applications'. We practice Tang Soo Do in this way under the guidance of GrandMaster Andy Ah Po. GrandMaster Ah Po is one of only five practitioners to have been physically assessed to 8th Dan by the Founder of the art.
